Ever made a promise that you regretted later on?
I usually say 'yes' a lot and have not really understood the full realities and consequences of that concept. So naturally, I used to agree to most anything. That is, until saying 'yes' caught up with me and I got caught in the middle, and I ended up taking lots of time off of my schedule instead of doing what I wanted to do.
Lesson learned.
