I really wanna watch this anime! But I live in the UK and we don't get most anime series on cable, so I was wondering if there is a website were I can download them or watch them, or purchase them on DVD.

to purchase them on DVD's try something like eBay or Amazon. To watch them online search YouTube. To download them use torrents or try one of them sites.

I loved this series, i also live in the UK and didn't know about it untill i went through my anime phase. I was so stuck into it i almost smashed my comp when i finished the episodes. The starter episodes i have to admit, did start off slow and put me off a bit. But hey, not bad!
