I Keep on Losing.

Well, maybe your character should be reset. I suggest purchasing weapons and potions before you start. Also get two of the shortswords.

I will reset your character so you can start from fresh. SInce you are level 1, it doesnt really matter.

Oh you have over 900 gil. Equip the weapons. select equip on the upper right of the RPG screen.

I see that you have 5 unused attribute points, I suggest that you use attribute points immediately after you level up. Go to Customize Character in the bar right above the RPG picture you can only do this when you are not on the world map, or not in a fight.

If you can't really take it anymore, simply team up with someone who's around the same level as you are and defeat those monsters. Sure it's less EXP, but it'll be a quicker battle.
