There aren't actually any rules for the Writer's Boulevard.

I do recall discussing the matter with Mercy (Mark) at one point, but I think we forgot about it at one point.

Now I know that this section isn't very active right now, but I bet it'll be getting more active in the next few months or so, considering we are getting new members all the time. Which, some of them maybe writers themselves.

I'd love to help to get some rules for this section itself. But I've always noticed there NOT being any rules at all. So, for example, a few rules I have thought of would be ...

  • No script form
  • No plagarism
  • No X-rated styles

I wanted to bring this to one of the moderator's attention because it basically has no rules and I'd be willing to help, unless you'd have a set of rules already ...

Well, there is this thread. It has the basics in, but the names of the forums are terribly outdated. If it's deemed necessary, we can update it I suppose.

The outline of it does seem to be pretty basic and does look like it's outdated. It's up to you guys if you want to update it. There aren't much rules covering the Writer's Boulevard here; I could expand on it if that was still what you wanted.

Bless, I vaguely remember re-writing that bastard, myself. :wacky:

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have them there as a precaution [updated and all] - it's better that someone like Faith has brought it up, as opposed to a nub who was told off for posting his illicit fantasies, haha.

That being said, people tend to be quite good with that forum in particular and that thread does cover most of it, anyway. An update would probably suffice.

Just wanted to comment that while X-Rated content is an absolute no-no, I asked the higher ups a while back when I was in the writing mood, and they said you can put suggestive material and even "heated" actions, but nothing like graphic sexual descriptions and stuff like that.

I'm so ashamed, I haven't written a single story at all >__<

Yeah, I said to Mercy that was an important rule to be followed. Besides, it's not like this is an adult forum, is it?
