How To Make A Tutorial

So I'm wondering how to make a tutorial...? Actually, really what I want to know is how you make that big vertical document and have it so that when you post it, you click on it and it enlarges it then, making the text more readable.

I wanted to write up some guidelines and make it all fanciful by using that vertical document that seems to be the same one when people create tutorials.

Am I making any sense...?

well i made a tutorial once it was just for pentool usage. What you should do is make the height larger than the width and make it bigger than you will use. (just assume the size you need). then i think there is a tool to put text in under the text tool with the big t. im not sure once i get ps ill try to give you better instructions.
