THIS WAS THE MOST HARDEST BOSS EVER AND I NEVER GOT THIS FRUSTRATED THEN FINALLY I BEAT HIM AND WAS SO RELIEVED AND STARTED SAYING NASTY WORDS TO CHAOS!!!!
what i did was (i got this from 1 post here idk know who it is so giving credit whoever wrote these accessories)
accessories
smiting soul, pre bravery attack,pre hp attack, summon unused, easy come easy go, full ex, full health, no brv damage, pre hp damage, pre brv damage
equipment best equipment u can find

try to save the potion till chaos!!! the key is technique ppl, be wise when u face ur opponents!!!! use dodge block and strike when the time is ripe!!!
ok now for all those zidane lovers who cnt beat inward chaos chaos with him, heres my ability set up with him and techniques i use. WARNING!! TECHNIQUES MAYBE HARD SO TRY AND PRACTICE IT!!!!

(this dosent rly matter cuz ur gonna be in the air for most times)pick any

storm impulse(most important)
swift attack (2nd most important) branching with meo twister
anything.

land
does not matter!! stellar circle 5 will do

free energy.(easiest to perform quick and chaos cant dodge it very well)

grand lethal
basic abilities.
mostly default but add counter attack, sneak attack and first strike.also exp to hp or bravery

dnt matter as long ur good with da technique
summons
best choices are alexander and shivva. make sure their manual
ok now 4 hard part TECHNIQUE!!! THE KEY TO VICTORY
before i tell u the technique u must be skilled with blocking it will save ur butt!! also being cautious is a key
1st battle
important. dnt rush him let him attack 1st and doge it then rush to him and spam storm impulse easy as tht but if u know tht ur to far, stop and ready to block and yes it will save y then try avoiding his bravery attacks by blocking (works everytime) until u can spam storm impulse again and repeat. once enough bravery finish ur final storm impulse and execute free energy. if u take to much hp damage restart. also the accessories will almost help cuz its a high chance on breaking chaos(dodging hp attacks are at the end) do not use summon here!!!!! u may use ex mode but not ex burst
2nd battle
same as 1st just be more cautious as he might start spamming a little or stop attacking and take on pressure to u.. he may use demonsdance so u need some concentration and perfect timing. ill explain at end how to dodge this. dnt use summon u may use ex mode but not ex burst
3rd battle
same as 1st but ur skills to dodging, blocking and caution will be put to the very test!!! he will start to use scarlet rain, brink of delusion, utter chaos and may spam demonsdance
. again caution will help and yes attacks look firece but your blocking will be as good as 1st battle. again same routine spam it!! when u get trepped thru demonsdance use ex mode to break it.use summons wisely here(y does chaos can use his summon more than once?) u may exburst but use wisely.
help on dodging? here is how if u dnt like description of game
condemn:
(occurs mostly at 1st and 2nd) dodge backwards cuz it just sucks u so there is little time to act
divine punishment:
(occurs all battles) once casting stop moving immeadiatley. once those fire balls are almost done prepare to dodge right. needs practice 2 do this.
soul of oblivion:
(happens it 1st and 2nd) great way to restrat the spamming!! just do it before he casts this fire beam
demonsdance:
(occurs at 2nd and 3rd) evry1 hates this. ok once he starts to teleport dodge it once after a few moments after the sound. for his 3rd -5th teleport careful where u dodge. study the 3rd-5th to know which way 2 dodge.
scarlet rain:
(3rd battle) hard to stay in mid air but anyway u have got to block the first balls he throws then when comes to final one dodge it with right timing. study this move if u want
utter chaos:
(3rd battle)when he gets big and starts swinging his sword no biggie. just decreases some bravery. encourage to stay all in mid-air
brink of delusion:
(3rd battle) oh no!!! his powerful move and im expecting some high skill of dodging. guess what this involves some simple running. once he sticks the swords and white circles appear. one simple thing is to get out of those circles and viola!!! u live!!

a general answer is to block ascept when he fires an line of fire to u. dodge tht.
