How can I improve Squalls Limit, and attack?

you get them from either refining energy crystals into 10 or laser cannons into 5. you can get energy crystals from elnoyles, ruby dragons or refining 10 elnoyle cards. Not sure where else
1(?)aDAMINTINE. Refine your sacred/minotaur card, can never remember which
4(?) dragon fangs. I always got these from the blue dragons from the island closest to heaven/hell. Im sure you can get them from other enemies aswel

Yes you can to get the Dragon Fangs early in the game, walk in the forest where Squall and team faint to go into the dream world before heading to Galbadia Garden, walk in that forest and you'll encounter Grendels who at a low level drop dragon fangs, and that's it.
You can also get Adamantine from the Adamantoise (or whatever their name is) in the Long Horn Isle.

Recommended you upgrade to Lionheart ASAP. The Limit Break 'Lionheart' is no joke, just pure ownage. If you want to make the final battles a tad bit easier, you'll be counting on and Aura'd Squall, Renzokuken and the Lionheart fninsher.
