Could any body tell me if it is possible to "over level up" on FFXII? in other words, i am currently at level 29 in an area here I should be at level 22, will doing this ruin the game??

Uh, this is completely in the wrong section In lieu of that,

its actually better to be 'over leveled up' as it gives u more of a advantage to explore the dungeons more and look for more treasure etc. And it will helpfull when you do some high rank hunts also

It's better to Power-Level. It helps you progress threw the game. =D. Go for it. lol.
