hey fellow fans im jw im currently playing x2 ryt now not finshed but i heard from a walkthrough of the game that rikku and paine becum bad guys near the end and yuna has 2 fight em im jw is that true and how did thet cum about if

any1 doesn't mind telling me cos i was shocked wen i found that out lol

Um..No. Rikku and Paine don't become badguys and you don't have to fight them.

What guide are you using? It sounds like it's full of shit.
 
I think I know what you're talking about.

There are a number of key items which you need to collect named 'Crimson Spheres' throughout the game that're needed to open a certain door. In this new area, you'll encounter your comrades in arms, and they'll need to be defeated using only Yuna. Though after you beat your allies... there are much stronger enemies awaiting further in.
 
erm i dunno i found it on the web and it said a coule of bosses called rikku and paine so thats how i thought it lol i try and find a link 2 it if u likes xxx

Ah yes you are probably talking about the Den of Woe. At least that's what I think
 
This only happens in the last chapter. Rikku and Paine will get possesed because of Shuyin and you'll have to fight them as Yuna. They're not that hard but they have heaps of HP. Fon't worry they won't die ^_^

You have to find all the Crimson Sphere's in order to do this
