Help Using Youtube Tags

I feel silly for asking this, but can someone please explain to me how to use them? I've tried to post youtube vids on the site several times, but I never can get them to show up. Are you supposed to put the entire link, such as this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcpWQC9prm0) in the youtube tags, or do you just put the (watch?v=qJDjL0z6HH4) in the tags?

Just post the letters/numbers that come after the "v=" in the link.

So for that video, put the "qJDjL0z6HH4" in the tags.

It also works if you copy and paste the Embed code which is usually located directly under the Vid description. Then just wrap it in Youtube tags.

EG:
