i think its something like get all mission completes in all he places or something not quite sure,

Simple. Sphere Echoes. Basically, this is how it goes:
Centre Coin: 6
Some random numbers which may appear around the centre coin: 2, 4
Choose those for six, move onto the next coin.
Centre Coin: 8
Some random numbers centering around the main coin: 3,5
Basically, for each centre coin, you have to find the same amount of number of border coins to add up to the centre total, and if you do this continuously, your Sphere Echoes will build up, and up, going from 2, to 4, 8, 16, etc, I think thats how the ratio goes up.
Anyway, just follow that technique, and you should be fine. Always save before the last match, which then leads you onto Shinra, so you can restart if things go wrong.
Your Sphere Echo chain will break if 1 appears as a centre number, but hopefully, it won't appear too much.

I know during the match with Shinra he used 1 as the centre number and it always broke my chain and I hated it so much
