How do I use the RPG thing at the top?

I get this..

An error has occured, the following message has been left below:

Your usergroup has been denied access to RPG Inferno.

I think you need a certain amount of posts to be able to access it ......

You need to get 50 posts before you can access the RPG
I dont think you can get into the RPG as soon as you reach 50 posts, i think you have to give it a bit or something, atleast thats what i hear people say
