help on instalation

hi i just got final fantasy 11 for the computer but i have vista so when i installed it it says it wont work for the os but i went and got the new playonline version for vista and it works great the only problem is i cant install the game cause when i try to use the dist to install it i get an error that says i need to get the other version of playonline off my computer in order to install so please help i have an account i would like to play so im not paying for nothing thank you
 
Same happend to me, you need to delete the old version. Go to Playonline and it will explain how to do it.
 
That is really weird i have vista and that did not happen to me at all.

I think tech support would be your best bet
