Help desperatly needed!

Im at the place just after the dreadnaught Leviathon - i have all the characters now Ashe Balthier Fran Basch Ashe and Penelo.

THe trouble is im probably at a really low level - so i was wondering/hoping is there any place where i can level up quickly? my current levels are :

Vaan - Level 8 (backup party)
Balthier - Level 10 (Party)
Fran - Level 10 (Backup Party)
Basch - level 11 (party)
Ashe - level 11 (Party Leader)
Penelo - level 11 (backup party)

I havnt done any of the hunts yet apart from the rouge tomato one but i really really need leveling up help

The place you're heading to now, the Sandsea, will act as a pretty good levelling up spot for a while. At the start I'd recommend staying near to the entrance and chaining the tomato enemies ( sorry but I don't know what they're called in the English version ). After that you've levelled up for a couple of levels you should be able to move on to the second section of the sandsea where you can chain the tribe members for large amounts but watch out because they cast Haste on themselves quite a lot. But you do get a guest character who certainly makes things easier.
