Crisis Core Help: Can't find New Game+ option

I finished the game, watched through everything up to the credits and the final cutscene. Then I'm left with a blank screen at which point I press X. It gives me the option to save, delete, or go to the title screen. So far I've gone through three alternatives. One, save then it continues to the title screen. Two, load from that save. Three, go through the ending one more time then went directly to the title screen.

After each one I simply end up at the title screen with no New Game+ option, just the original New Game and Load Game. What exactly am I looking for? Should the menu actually display New Game+ instead of New Game? I tried starting a new game from my current available option but I did not start out with anything I should have from a New Game+, even the game time. Or will these things appear only after a certain point in the storyline? Nothing has changed so far though by the time I'm already at the briefing room.

Have I been doing something wrong or missing something? I can't find any mention of this problem anywhere so I really hope someone here might be able to help me.

The New Game + option should just be offered at the end, Im not sure why you're not getting it.... I know I got it with no problems and all I did was mooch through the story doing nothing out of the ordinary... I cant remember if it actually asks if you want to start a new game plus, or if it jut pops up on the menu, but either way, you should still be getting it if you've beat the game =/

All you have to do is press load game, then load the data that says game cleared and then it will give you the choice to do it on normal or on hard mode and then you'll start a new game plus.
