I havnt beaten him yet, but i do intend to :) and im thinking that my people will be around level 85-90 when i finally decide to fight him :lol:
 
i unlocked him, and took off one of his health bars, left, saved, and then came back and it had regeneraed - i'm not sure how it works but i thought it wasn't supposed to regenerate fully?
 
Yup, remember we beat Yiazmat together? It took forever! We were watching Saw 3 while we waited for his health bar to go down.
 
Yes, I've beaten him in the early 70s. Took more than 3 and half hrs to bring him down. There was never really one stage where it might've given my super trio of Vaan, Balthier and Basch any great problems. :P
 
yeah i managed to kill him in the mid 70's took ages but i killed the sod with about three quickening chains, i got lucky with the mist charges here.
 
I beat Yiazmat in my original play through and the party was level 80+.

I am currently trying to solo him. Been at it for about 2 hours. I pretty much have to control Vaan the whole time. So, I pause when I leave to do anything else. He's currently level 99 and it doesn't seem too hard.....yet.
 
Nah, I havent' beaten him yet, but I have him down halfway. I gave up on him once my semester of classes got to be tough so I focused on college a bit more, but now that it's summer vacation I'll head back to him here in no time I bet.
 
i just beat him. it took me 3 hrs. and 5 min. he wasn't hard at all, just had alot of HP. i didnt use one quickening or summoning. the best weapon i had was the tournesol. 3 of my party members are at 92 and the other 3 are at 90, i used the ones at 90.

Yeah I opened his head like a can of beens at lvl 99 I think he was easy i really diden fight him my gambits did most of the work thats how easy he is

ahem i'm at level 99 now, i've gotten all the Espers and the Pirates Den,exept for Dalan and Bagabnin and Yaizmat...... :blinK:

i got his life bars down to like 14, i'm trying.....it's just so time consuming*cries* LOL

boy i do talk alot
 
Not yet... I have one more hunt to do (Behemoth King) 'til he opens up. I'm at level 70 right now, so I'm not quite ready yet. :lol: Maybe at level 80 I'll think about fighting him... right now I need to think about taking on Hell Wyrm. :P
