A link which explains Earth Day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth_Day

Remember, the earth's atmosphere being setup a certain way means that we can all live. Without that perfect balance, we would not exist. So the earth deserves a special day. :)

I hate the earth. But meh, tomorrow we're doing something fun in 2nd block so, YAH. It's cause our earth science teacher is an earth nerd.:)

I love earth day! I used to plant a tree every day, but I have no place to plant a tree this year, and no tree to plant! I remember at my old house one of the trees I planted as a sapling actually grew to a juvenile tree!

I hate "Earth Day". It's no real cause for celebration. Not only do I not recycle, after my neighbours put out their trash all separated from their recyclables, I go and empty their "recycle only items" and mix it in with their regular trash. I dump all of the toxic waste from our factory directly into the ocean, and when I find those beer can holders that people cut up, I glue them together and trap baby seals in them.

Warm regards,

Spam! Lies And Slander! Blasphemy!

In elementary school, we used to plant new trees on campus each earth day. ^_^

Lol. I would litter. I remeber one time I did and I got written up and sent to the office for it.

Typical troublemaker.
I would have been one of the kids that ran over and picked up your trash after you. lol.
I still do that now! I mean if it's already there and I haven't seen who has dropped it I don't touch it. But if someone in front of me like drops trash down I'll pick it up

When I was in 2nd grade, we did an earth day play. I think I was a 'litterer' and had a generic line like 'I love throwing my garbage in the ocean!' or something, and my mom cheered in the 3rd row. It was tight.

I never do anything for Earth Day and I always feel guilty about it. It's not that I'm all "getting gay with kids is here" on you but because my major is plastics and we're one of the major reasons people recycle and all of that... it just makes me feel like I should take a more active role, I guess.
