Grinding

What's a good place to grind??

My highest level character is 20 and my lowest is 19. I have just finished the Molten Cave and I want to level up to about 25.

I had this problem aswel, there's not really anywhere that stands out where you can grind. I just spent lnger than necessary in each area levelling up abit - which gets tedious. But there's just...nowhere...
