Good places to train??

Hi?

I was curious where I should train?

I am currently inside the Shinra Headquarters.. Disc 1.

My question is... I am looking for places to train my guys?

This is my first time playing 7. I started the FF series with 8-12... I missed 7 and have heard many good things about it.

Well, if you're in the Shinra HQ then you have no choice but to train there. After the boss there are hard enemies that give you more exp. Also you can steal another weapon for Cloud from 1st Class Soldiers.
 
What she said. You don't have a whole lot of options. I wouldn't think that'd you'd need a whole lot of training at that point of the game, though.
 
If your talking about the world map, then i thought outside Midgar and Kalm was an excellent place to train. I always used to level up to about 20-25 there, thats your best bet.
 
there isnt relli a bad place to train all you need to do is understand how much exp u get for fightin then and get untill the lvl is too little exp at a time then change area
but good places are outside migar and kalm they have good monsters there

all i did was fight till i was bout lvl 10 then change area
