Golden Sun

Loved the games. They were absolutely amazing. I really liked how Isaac was arguably the main character of the WHOLE series. Wish that they'd make a TV show of it. That would be some sweet.
 
Done the first, still on the second. One of my favorite series on the GBA, the story, characters etc may not be the most original ever but it still never came across as anything other than entertaining. Quality graphics and soundtrack too.
 
I beat them both. I have since lost the first one, but still had the transfer code from the first to the second. Those games rocked. The graphics pushed the GBA to its limits. Prettier than some of the big fat console systems of the time. They will always have a special place in my heart, right where I store all my djinni.
 
This game rocked, but I never got to play the second one. I agree that the graphics were ahead of their time for the GBA system. The story was nothing to laugh at, either. It really set a high standard for RPGs.
 
GOlden sun 1 and 2 are both amazingly awesome. i ahve beaten them both. i liked how issac was the main character, and with what happens at the end of number two makes me wish that they would make a number three just for the heck of it.
 
Liked the first one, never got around to playing the second one. I probably got distracted by something. Oh yes, my PS2 and 40+ RPGs :P Still plan on playing it though.
 
I only played the second one and it took me a while to beat it. The puzzles were really difficult. The last boss was also impossible but I killed him after I figured out his strategy. After that it was fairly simple.
 
I have them both - played them in reverse order too - kinda made more sense ^_^ amazing games.

i really wish they'd make a 3rd one just so that we could finally battle alex.
 
I played and beat both 1 and 2
-to me it felt like there should have been a 3
 
Who here also loved this game to death? I know I did, easily one oft he best RPGs around.

What do you think?
 
One of my top 3 JRPG series of all time, fun, very well designed and portable. Better than Final Fantasy.

Just want a third game now, it deserves it.

My thoughts exactly. Man, I loved those games. I really hope that they make third game for the DS because the ending to the second game definitely left that choice open.
 
I loved both games, and although i think the start of them both is a little slow, they are incredible games.

I too, would like to see a third game - I want to know what happens to Alex.
