XBox Gifting Microsoft Points

I've heard you can give microsoft points as gifts via live but I can't seem to find it. I really would like to give a gift of 800 Microsoft Points to a friend for a name change but I can't find any way to do it. Help?

I've heard https://points.microsoft.com/userportal/ is the right website to visit but still nothing...

I really don't think that you can "give" MS to friends on XBL...
I searched for it long ago and it seems that they didn't use this addition...
So best thing to do is buy a MS card of 1000 and send the redeem code to your friend!

Yea you cant actualy "gift" ms points, It kinda sucks its the one feature that Nintendo has the MS doesnt. Well at least for the games.
