Gavin Vs Oblivion

Xe saw the bursts of energy and laughed. He kept running, drew Hell's bane into his left hand, and sliced the energy beams with it.


But when Xe came to Raiiku, he gave him a nice slice with his dagger, and kept on running.
 
Raiiku reached up to feel the blood slowly dripping down his cheek. "Seems you've drawn first blood... But it will be the only blood you get!"

He cast Demi3 on Xe, binding him to the ground. He followed this up by casting Break, summoning four earth pillars around Xe and bringing them in around Xe. He would finish by casting freeze on the entire earthen creation.

"Escape from that!"
 
Really?

Xe was binded to the ground, with no escape, as Raiiku thought.

Shadow!
Xe sank into the ground.

Raiiku's shadow started to change, transforming into a different figure entirely.
Then, Xe rose out of Raiiku's shadow, put Raiiku in a headlock, and held Crying Phoenix up the Raiiku's throat.

It is finished.

With that, Xe pushed into Raiiku's skin with his dagger, starting to break the skin.
 
"Do you truly think it is won? Do you really think there's nothing I can do in close range? Just as fire is your territory, melee is mine!" With that Raiiku pressed one hand against Xe and cast Bolt3, paralyzing him momentarily. With the other he grabbed the knife at his throat and pulled it away, tossing it to the ground. Dropping down he aimed a Chapa de Costas at Xe's chest, sending him into the air.


He followed Xe into the air with his limit break, Break Flurry.Still immobile in the air from the paralysis, Xe took the full force of each each kick, going higher and higher into the air before being sent back to the earth with a final shattering kick.

Raiiku watched as Xe plummeted down. "That will be the end of him...." he said as he cast a quick cure spell on himself, healing the wounds Xe had inflicted.

Xe lied there on the ground, barley able to move.

I'm in a lot of pain, I am surely close to death.

But, there was one way to get his dagger back, but it was risky.

I either go through with this, or die here. I could kill myself in the process, or even worse, loose the dagger for good.

Xe stood up, with all his remaining energy, he started to focus in on the dagger.
Then, the dagger flew up, and into Xe's hands.

Time to heal.

Xe wiped the dagger all over his wounds, healing himself completely, then he put the dagger away.

And you thought you had won.

"So you also have a way to heal yourself... That will make for a longer battle..." Raiiku looked on with annoyance. 'Looks though like its all by the dagger. I will have to get rid of that...'

Raiiku sighed. Snapping his fingers he bound Xe to the earth again with Demi3. He cast Break to bring the earth around Xe inward, encapsulating him. He finished it by casting Freeze on the cylinder of earth.

"Bound in earth...Frozen in time..."
