Cocoon? Right now I am at Mission 35, and I am wondering if it will get too easy if I finish all the missions THEN go to Cocoon. Will I be overpowered or is the cpu going to adjust and be stronger as well?

I don't think they get stronger as you do. Just go to Cocoon, you're going to get to the point soon where you'll need to be beat the game in order to unlock the final crystarium otherwise the latter missions just kick your ass

You can't complete all missions. You need to advance to stage 10 on the crystarium and that's only after you beat the game. You'll save a clear data and load right before the final boss, with the option to advance to the tenth stage. Beat the game first then finish the missions.
I only have the last mission to go and its hd as hell. Oh and btw ya Beat the game first. Also grind alot for the last boss because he is a pain in the ass really. Be careful there are some really tough missions if you dont have death!
