Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Piano Medley

I posted my cover of the FFVII battle theme a while back, so here is my latest version of a few FFXIII-2 songs.

This piano medley includes, New World, Serah's Theme, Noel's Theme, Caius's Theme, Yeul's Theme, Wish (the title menu track) and a minor version of the Chocobo theme. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Criticisms, critiques and suggestions would be very appreciated. I'm planning on making an updated version of this with extra ideas in future.

LOVE this medley You capture the emotions right. Really seamless and creative transitions! I just wish it's longer, and would have been even better if you include more of the main melodies.
I often envy talented people like you who can play/arrange something by ears, out of thin air. You should really be happy to have such skills! Meanwhile, I can only play from the sheet music.

I hope there's a piano collections for FFXIII-2. I really want to read and play good arrangements for 'Wish', etc.

This is absolutely gorgeous! Have you transcribed the arrangement into sheet music? I'd love to learn this. Though I could have a go at creating my own by ear; I use sheet music to support and add depth to what I learn by ear most of the time!

As Hendra has said, you capture the emotion. The entire sequence is incredibly beautiful and I, too, wish it were longer. The transitions between each piece are well done, almost seamless.

Thank you so much! It's really motivating to hear awesome feedback. I'm happy you liked it! Have you got any ideas of other main melodies that could fit somewhere into this? I only went for the ones tracks I could find that led into each other easily, so apart from possibly Lightning's Theme I'm at a loss for what to include when/if I update this (I probably will, I just need more time and inspiration). As for sheet music, I do have the capacity to make it, but unfortunately not the software. I have the MIDI file of my drafts (my original versions) so when I get Sibelius some time in the far-away future I'll be able to share my arrangements of songs.

Thanks! I'm afraid - as I mentioned above - I don't have the right software to make sheet music, but if I get it I'll be sure to post the arrangement here. I'm glad you liked the transitions as well! They weren't as easy as I originally thought they were going to be, but I'm pleased with how they turned out. Have you got any suggestions (or requests) for additional tracks to add to the medley?

What I meant, was you should have probably included the main melody of each song. For example, for the Noel's theme section, you didn't really include its main melody, which is 0:39 onwards for this video:

Meanwhile, the variety of songs included itself is enough.

That is a good point, actually. I think I might have focused a little too much on Caius's Theme and perhaps a little too little on 'New World' (and Noel's Theme of course). When (it's a definite now due to the level of interest for this and the return of inspiration) I redo this, I'll try and include those a little more, and I might slip in a little bit of the corresponding battle themes for each of the characters as well (for example, the 'Last Hunter' battle theme is a sped up version of Noel's Theme, 'Dash' is a sped up version of Yeul's Theme, and so on). It could be fun to try and make some alternate versions of the songs I've already got down as well.

In terms of sound quality, I'll also try and increase that. Everything sounds really distorted (probably due to the corruption issues I had with the files), and that really makes it hard to listen to certain parts such as the faster version of Caius's Theme.
