Hi, I have never played Final Fantasy but I have friends who passionately love it and other similar games. I have always wondered what it is about FFXI that makes such deep emotional connections with the die hard players.
My MBA team and I are doing research on Final Fantasy XI players and would like to interview 15-20 people via Skype who consider themselves part of the Final Fantasy XI 'love group'. This would also involve you sending us pictures/photos either online or scanning that represent your feelings about the game, or how the game makes you feel. These pictures cannot be of or from the game itself, but will simply be a representation of the emotions the game creates for you.
When the study is completed, we will present our findings to Square Enix in the hope that they will be better able to continually improve subsequent editions of the game to suit their customer base. Please email me if you are willing or interested in participating.
