If you were unaware, Japan Expo is taking place in France this week, and as part of the event, Square Enix held a Final Fantasy conference. During the conference new details were given for the new HD remaster of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2.

The first new detail was that the game will be getting cross save support, this means that saves from the games can be transfered between the PS3 version and the Vita versions. Secondly, a 30 minute audio episode can be unlocked after completing both games, this might mean that the Vita version will not get this as the games are split up on Vita. The episode will feature new voice acting in both English and Japanese and will be set 2 years after Final Fantasy X-2.

Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster is due to launch on PS3 as a bundle, and as the septate Final Fantasy X HD Remaster and Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster sometime before the end of the year. I will never say no to a new section of the game.

I'm looking forward to the 30 minute episode

As someone who owns a Vita this pleases me. The 30 minute episode is also catching my attention but truth be told they couldn't have made a better decision than to leave X after X. That ending... you don't make an amazing ending like that then say "F*** it, let's do Charlie's Angels".

ESPECIALLY after the secret ending.

As much as the Vita news pleases me, nothing can overshadow the fact I still haven't gotten my hands on Type-0.

I. Need. That. Game.
