Final Fantasy: Rings of Fate (Fall of Rela Cyel)

I am in the flash memory of Rela Cyel's fall. I am going to fight the fish for the second time. But I need two blue stones to drop one on each side of the door to get through. I have only found one! And that one lied in the water in the same room, right after the save crystal.

Can anyone please tell me where the other one is?

uhhh I think its in an alcove above the door...i know you have to fly over to it but by now you probably already got it...so ...
