For the No level up challenge - im currently trying to get 20AP from the cactuars, but they give me 4exp per cactuar.. so is it worth it getting those 4exp for 20 AP? ( cuz i have to do it quite a bit so.. would it level me up?) or... is there a better/smarter way or doing this? (like carding them??)

Each GF has roughly 22 abilities to learn, some less and some abilities already learned.
Each ability varies from 30 AP on up to 250 AP.
Each GF's total abilities to be learned averages just under 2000 AP total.
Now I don't remember what the Exp is per Cactuar, but if it is 4 exp, then you should be very safe and won't even come close to leveling up.
So, theoretically all you should have to do, is to kill about 100 Cactuars and as long as all of your GF are junctioned to the three characters in battle, then you should be alright and it won't take that long.
