Help Fighting Ultima Weapon on Disc 4

Is there a way to go back and fight it? I would need to get to the ship, so I could fly back, is there a way? I assumed Omega Weapon was Ultima Weapon and decided not to draw Eden from Tiamat -______- so I wouldn't have advantage of having Eden vs him..ugh now I might be stuck..
 
Did you do the chocobo sidequest? You can access the Ragnarok, via a chocobo. you should be able to go get it then. I think one of the boss monsters in Ultis castle has Eden, but I'm not 100% :hmmm:
 
Yes get out of the Castle and find a chocobo and walk in the shallow water. When you find your ship just head to the little island on the south-west of the map and you can enter. Ultima Weapon is all the way down at the bottom.
 
hmmm will try thanks hopefully I'll be able to. and Yeah in Ulti's castle Tiamat had it but I decided not to draw it from him..

Drawing Eden from Ultima Weapon will be your last chance for getting the GF.

Side note:

WARNING: Defeating Ultima Weapon will remove the fixed encounter enemies in the Deep Sea Research Center. By doing this you will have a very hard time getting the items to refine the Luck J-Scroll's (refine to Luck Up) if the enemies are removed. Just a warning.
 
You should be able to access a chocobo forest somewhere on the map. You can use that chocobo to traverse the impassible water and reach the Ragnorok. Then you can go to the research center.
