What do you mean "stop" the process?
Sometimes, because I can tell you now that server is full, servers will slow down to a freakish rate and it'll appear as if it stopped. It happened to the Digimon RPG game lol
Could you explain what else happens? I haven't tried installing (costs money :/) but I think its because too many people are on.
Or, you could run it as Admin and have it compatible with Vista/XP. To do all that, right click the installer and click through the tabs until you see it
