Hi,
well i am new here and sorry for my bad english.

i do have a question, i have 1 T3 weapon and do i ahve to get for each character all T3 weapons or just 1 T3 and the others are T2.

another question is, i do have a gaillan ring (or someting, last upgraded version of the earth ring) but do i have to get the earth ring to or only the last version.
 
You have to get one T3 weapon for each character just once.

As for your ring. there are only 3 found in the game. if you sold them you are out of luck
 
i mean, there is a ember ring, a blaze and a salamndrine ring. do i only need the salamndrine, or all of them?
 
You at least had to have it once, it doesn´t matter if you sold it or whatecer, as long as you had it in your possession. So if you upgraded an ember ring to the latest verion, that´s fine because you had the previous versions before.
 
With the weapons you only have to have the Tier 3 weapon in your possession since all weapons for each character have the same Tier 3, so one Tier 3 weapon for Lightning, Fang, Vanille, Snow, Hope and Sazh. However, you'll have to upgrade every weapon up to Tier 2.

With accessories, you have to have held every accessory and all its upgrades. :)
