Help FFXIII: need more hp stuck crystallium?

Stuck at chapter 12 proudcloud battle, watched some youtube clips and noticed that I have a really low hp level on my caraters, at crystallium level 6, should I be higher? Seriously, have seen ppl with 5000- 8000 in this battle while all my characters are at 1000! what should I do? all characters at max on current crystalliums (level 6 n they are all at level 3)!
Please help!!!!!

Get some accessories that boost HP and upgrade them. That should give a pretty good boost.

You should be looking to max out 3 roles for each of the characters you're using i used
Lightning : Commando, Ravager and Medic
Fang : Comando, Sentinel and Saboteur
Hope : Ravager, Medic and Synergist
if you max out or get near to full levels for all these roles you should be sorted, oh and like the comment before said upgrading equipment will help too just back track and grind
