Here are my current levels for Serah and Noel Roles, I was wondering what roles should i focus on for each character? and also what are some good monsters to have in the party?Help FFXIII-2: Roles and Monsters

Here are my current levels for Serah and Noel Roles, I was wondering what roles should i focus on for each character? and also what are some good monsters to have in the party?
For Serah I always had her focus on Medic and Ravager, she seems to do really well with magic, but keep her Commander up a little high too... If you don't wanna focus heavly on the Medic area, make sure you have a strong healing monster. usually a sentinel is pretty good to have in the party also... how far are you in the game? then maybe I can say what monsters I would recommend..
For Noel I always kept his Commando the highest, then the Ravager.
