The soundtrack's not available in the UK is it? I tried to purchase it yesterday but I couldn't find it to my dismay. I really wnat to know if it has the score played when battling with an Esper. I love that music!

The soundtrack was good, but nothing can top Nobuo Uematsu's pieces.
Same here. Its good, but I prefer Uemastu's OSTs.

I gotta admit, I was kinda disapointed with the score... I mean, there some awesome songs, but most of them were the same old classic music , so I'd only give 7 out of 10. It is nowhere near Uematsu level. Man the best game so far and no Uematsu...guess they did it so that ff12 wouldn't totally owe every single game ever made

I didn't mind the soundtrack at all. Of course it wasn't in my top 4 favorites for overall music done in a FF game (FFX, FFVI, FFVII, and FFIX), but FFXII's music is nothing to complain about.

It does own every other game though
. I wonder if what we would be saying if Sakimoto did like..all the tracks apart from 12 .tbh, I can't see Nobou doing FFXII's :/

yup, the soundtrack was great so far, and the score for the main theme was beautifully made...just hope they continue to produce those kind of music to all upcoming ff soundtracks...
