[FFXII] Sidequest help

along with the hunts, there is the hunt club which is a sidequest you get from some bangaas to kill hard monsters that are super rare in different areas, adn each one u kill will drop a trophy, which u have to take to the bangaas, and depending on which brother u take the trophies to depends on what u can buy from them. i forget exactly where this is because i haven't played the game in awhile, but u'll know it when u see it
 
Does anyone know if once you completed final fantasy 12 once that you get a new game+ option with all the weapons with u from the begining kinda like x2 did jw is there 1 for 12 .:)Also are there an particular espers which are best suited for a character and which 1's wud u use 4 what character.

There's no New Game + as far as I know for XII.

And regarding Espers, they level up with the character they are assigned to, apart from that, their strength/defense/magic etc stats are pre-detirmined, so it doesn't really matter.
 
yeh DLFlux is correct
The esper levels up with the character that has obtained its license, the only thing with espers is that some are higher levl when you encounter them and may need more mist abilities EG
one esper may only need 1 mist ability for you to obtain it whereas another may need three before you meet, greet and defeat it lol
