Help [FFX] Need help with Jecht shot challenge error

For some weird reason, when i try to do the Jecht shot on the S.S. Winno, i dont get any commands. so i fail the challenge. Help me please.

Have you talked to EVERYONE else on the boat? You need to do that first, and you need to see a cut scene with Yuna, and I think you need to listen to Lulu and Wakkas conversation.

I have. I go to the ball, it initiates the flashback, i do the practice, but when i have to do the real thing, no commands show up.

Are you sure? Because it's not the same when you are actually doing it and in practice when you are learning. See those lines that Jecht says, those are the commands.

okay i got it, i missed the word "memories" in the instructions. i have a tendancy to skip over them...

the commands are the writing that comes up on the screen it dont shot you what to press when you are doing the jecth shot writing comes up so if thier was writing in the middle u would press x ect ect ect
