[FFX] How do you get strength spheres easy?

The easiest way is to Learn the 'Extract Strength' ability from the Sphere Gri. Then you just use that on each enemy, and you'll get a fair few of them
 
well i think you fight one of the arena creations (cant remember which)
to get power sphere use power distiller on kottos
youll get 30 of them after battle
