[FFVIII] Ultimate Weapons

I can't find a reliable, easy to read guide online for this question, so I'm asking here.

What items do I need for Squall, Rinoa and Zell's Ultimate Weapons, and where do I find them?

Squall - Lion Heart [this also grants him the power to use his Lionheart limit break].
1 x Adamantine (obtained from Adamantoise at the beach behind Dollet)
4 x Dragon Fangs (from various dragons - steal/won after battle)
12 x Pulse Ammo (ammo refine a Power Generator [20 ammo] from a high-levelled Blitz (can level it up by casting Thundaga on it) or from a Laser Cannon from Elastoids [5 ammo] (very rare enemies)).

Rinoa - Shooting Star
2 x Windmills (from high-levelled Thrustraevis - the blue, four-winged bird, or Death Claw)
1 x Regen Ring (from a Torama, most likely - plenty are at Tears' Point. Also from Turtapods, also at Tears' Point)
1 x Force Armlet (various places - you get one after fighting Edea actually)
2 x Energy Crystal (you get LOADS from Iron Giants, at Tears' Point)

Zell - Ehrgeiz
1 x Adamantine (as above)
4 x Dragon Skins (Anacondaur is probably your best bet - in the plains behind Dollet)
1 x Fury Fragment (also from Anacondaur)

And there you have it. =)

If you happen to be stealing too few items, then remove Mug and, as Kelly told me, you obtain more items at the end of the battle if you DON'T steal - at LEAST twice as many.

Also, it looks as though your party's items can be found in mostly the same places. I'd recommend going to Dollet first and Tears' Point after that - then, who knows, you may have picked up the miscellaneous items on the way. If not, they're relatively easy to get.

EDIT:
I forgot to mention that you can get 10 Pulse Ammo from Energy Crystals, too. So, again, Tears' Point is a great place.

You get energy crystals from Iron Giants? Here's me going after the Elnoyle in Esthar >_> I heard you can only get Energy Crystals from them, and Ruby Dragons and Behemoths.

You're right. xD

Use Tonberry's Level Up ability and make sure you can draw Holy from Elnoyle, which means that it will definitely be between levels 30 and 100, meaning it can ONLY drop Energy Crystals (usually about 6, I think). Remember, don't Mug it.
