[FFVIII] GF missing abilities

I am playing a low level game. Ifrid is missing an option for AMMO-RF and MAD RUSH.
Any suggestions as how I can get these?

I thought Ammo-RF was an ability Siren had. As for Mad Rush....I think you have to learn a certain number of abilities before you unlock Mad Rush.

And Gabs is right, in order to unlock certain abilities you have to learn others. I tend not to learn, GF hp or summon % ones til Ive learnt all the others because you will find you might not be able to learn everything because you have filled the 2 pages up

I figured it out. Ifrid has to be level 10 and Siren level 12 to get an option for advanced abilities.
