Help FFTA how can i find weps again that i lost?

Earlier in the game, I had my mithril blade stolen from me by a thief. now i cant teach my gladiator combo, meaning i cant master all the jobs. can i find items that i lost earlier on later in the game without using a gameshark or linking?:horsebeat:

You can try to steal it from an enemy or see if you can get it in a shop. Who knows maybe you can get it as a reward from a mission. There has got to be a way I'm sure.
