FFIV Question

... I was wondering how you beat Asura? I've tried putting Reflect on her, I've tried depleting her mana (which seems to be infinite), I've tried putting Protect on all party members to the point that every attack that lands on them only does 1 damage, and still I can't beat her. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Hmm . . . well that's weird because I beat her without using all of these things well only reflect, but perhaps it's a glitch.
