[FF7] How to find Aeris

I need help guys I'm in the ancient city on ff7 disc 1 and the part I'm on is a pain .It is the place where the shell has a pool in frout of it:wtf::cloud:thank you william

What exactly do yuo need help with? I know where you are, but not what you need xD

The ancient city is so confusing, took me like 2 hours of running back and forth to realize that i should have gone to talk to Bugenhagen first then go then like another hour to get through the city again. But if you could take a screenshot of where you are and post it, that would be much more obliged than trying to explain it.

prometheus and auron i can not get to the cut where aeris is kill. prometheus i did the same thing you did and the old frat still sat there i do not know what to do. auron the place i talk about is the one that has the blue and there is a blue stairway in the shell and i can not get it open. what do i do

my 4 step program

1) enter the city and go left to grab items.
2) back track and go right and find a room you can sleep in.
3) back track to the fork and go up. Enter the house and grab the comet materia.
4) Go down the crystal steps. Find aeris.

Ah yes, you have to go sleep in that shell on the right side of the city, once you have chosen the optin to sleep, Cloud will wake up in the middle of the night, then the fish blocking your path will have dissapeared

If in doubt, always take the option to have a kip, you nev er know what it might trigger

Go to the place with the beds and take a nap, you will then get to the next part.
