when i got dissidia, i started with cloud as a main character. i got the buster blade and used it but when i got a stronger weapon, i sold it cuz i didnt know that i had to use it for something.is there any way to get the buster blade again?
 
It will always look the same, no matter what weapon you buy. The same goes for every character. There really is no point in buying it back, unless you need to trade it for an even stronger weapon...
EDITS: Wait, like for Ultima Weapon?

Force Stealer (Cloud's 1st exclusive) requires Buster Sword. Butterfly Edge (2nd) requires Force Stealer. And Fenrir (his last exclusive) requires Butterfly Edge...
But don't worry. It'll be harder, but it's still possible to get Fenrir.
You have multiple choices:
1. Find a Cloud in quick battle that carries Buster Sword. Fight him until he drops it.
2. Fight a Cloud with Force Stealer equipped. Fight it until you:
a) Get FS as an item drop
b) Get Buster Sword as a component drop
3. Fight a Cloud with Butterfly Edge equipped. Again:
a) Get BE as an item drop
b) Get FS as a component drop
4. Again but for Cloud with Fenrir:
a) Get Fenrir as an item drop
b) Get BE as a component drop
5. Restart Dissidia.

As you may have noticed, #2 is the easiest way to get it. #5 may be easier but you obviously don't want to do that D:
 
Cloud had 'buster blade' to start with? o_O
As for Fenrir for Cloud, you don't need the Buster Blade.
You need;
Butterfly Edge x1 (Trade - Force Stealer (x1), Blood-Darkend Bone (x5), Gale Crystal (x5))
True Past x5 (trade for 4 Megalixirs, obtained in the Lunar Whale Course(trade 18 medals for a chest))
Gale Orb x5 (battlegen from Cloud (inflict break, recommended target lvl - 100))
 
Use someone other than cloud. Cloud is only good because his Destiny Odyessy is easy to level up with.
