Here we be posting our favourite comics, and what our favourite issue was and such.

Mine would be Preacher,Spawn and Battle Pope

All three are fucking ace comics, if you haven't read them I reccomend you do

Not a big reader of comics since I don't earn enough with college and stuff.

Pretty much anything by Mark Miller and Brian Michael Bendis is usually a must for the writing.

I want to read stuff by Alan Moore like V for Vendetta and Watchmen, Joss Whedon is reportedly pretty good too.

I read a lot of various x-men comics and star wars comics. Im trying to get into some more independent comics too as judging from the ones I've read they have a lot of personality and are really interesting (Check out Nate Powell's work to see what I mean).

I read Calvin and Hobbes, that stuff is hilarious!
And I used to read some of the Marvel comics as well, but I forget which...

Hmm, well, I never read many comics, but I always like The Flash, mainly because The Flash is my favorite comic book character.

I haven't read a comic book in years; however, I always liked Captain America comics the most. Marvel, I guess.

lol i got an infraction last time i posted her, lol
i like any anime comic that has an action sequens in it that is good.

You all should look into a comic called Poison Elves. Sadly it's now out of circulation. The writer, Drew Hayes had been having severe health problems over the last year or so and died. That was by far the best damn comic I'd ever had the pleasure of following.

i like manga but if you said comics well i like Peanuts because ive known it since i was a kid hehe

My favourite so far would be Sandman by Neil Gaiman

...and agree -> Calvin and Hobbes are hilarious...:D

The only comics I read are Calvin and Hobbes, Peanuts and Beau Peep, because my dad has them. They make me laugh though, particularly Calvin and Hobbes. xD

I read classics such as Peanuts, Archie, Calvin and Hobbes...but I do also read Baby Blues, Stone Soup, Garfield, Sandman...but I'm also into Sin City comics (it's more my taste)

Deadpool. has anyone said Deadpool yet? Why the fuck not? I'll say it again. Deadpool.

Besides that um...I used to have a lot of thor and iron man comics, and I still have a decent stack of ghostrider. As far as funnies go, I like dilbert and have every single calvin and hobbes comic put out.

wow comics so many to choose from for my favorite.

Well my favorite storyline in comics is Kingdom Come. not only does it have a great story, but it has some of the best art you would find in a comic.

My favorite individual character comic right now would have to be Booster Gold, followed closely by Green Lantern.
my favorite team comic right now is JSA. It's amazing how they can make a good story with so many characters.
I'm a DC guy what can I say?

Spider-Man, and Calvin & Hobbes.
I got into both because my dad read them.
He has boxes and boxes of Spider-Man,
and a few of the Calvin books.

I like Frank Miller's Sin City
Wow. That was such a n00b post. But of course it was made two years ago. -_-

It's as I said in my last post. I got into Frank Miller's Sin City after watching the movie, and that was pretty much my gateway into western graphic novels. I've read volumes of Sin City, and a couple other works by Frank Miller, like The Dark Knight Returns, and Batman: Year One.

I also got into Allen Moore's works after buying Watchmen on a whim in a gift shop at Universal Studios. I also have a copy of V for Vendetta, but I have yet to finish reading it.

I remember when I was younger, I used to read the Sonic the Hedgehog comic books that they used to sell at the nearby gas station. I still have a few copies laying around in my room.

I'm also really into manga, if that counts in this thread.
