as above it is expensive but i can get them its about 80,000 per but its worth it firstly you have to have access to moogleworks and the mother load what you do is:-
1.buy a speed sash.
2. upgrade speed sash to full level.(8 vibrant ozse,1perfect conductor.)
3.convert speed sash using mnar stone.
4.upgrade energy sash to full level.(1 perfects conductor.)
5.dismantle for an ethersol and 6 black mycelium
as i said it will cost about 80,000 gil per ethersol but its a great way to farm admontise (with the death trick) quickly hope i helped.just double checked and its actually about 73,000.
