Either rathwalls tome or the tome up where the ciltias live. But if the island your talking about is bujerba then your fearly safe unless the resistance bassed there are under atack from the impereals then I must sudgest that you be careful I havent gotten further than the border crossing. I hope you take your time and prepare furely for what might be ahead. I can tell when trubles ahead and I sence something big comeing so be prepaerd.

Yeah, there are two at the Auction House that I suggest you get ASAP. Theres also an esper that can be found in a town, I forget the name.. I'll come back in 5 minutes (I'll go check for the name on my game).
Other then those three, as long as your still in the WoB, that's it.
The name is Tzen. It can be purchased from a man hidden in the north part of town (in some trees) for 300 gil.
