Anime Dragonball Kai

Ooh, that looks interesting. Particularly pleased about the removal of filler episodes, as I always felt that they were the bane of Dragonball Z. As the faster paced episodes were awesome, while the filler...sucked.
 
for me personally, i think watching this version is kind of pointless. the samething is gonna happen, the graphic looks the same, just extra part getting cut out. i don't think they will add anything new to it. but if they ever do show dragonball z on tv again, i do think they should air this version instead of the other one
 
They is awesome. I just checked it out. A fast paced dragonball z. It is unbelievable. I am going to start watching them when they get subbed. I only need one more season which is coming out May 15 to complete my Dragonball z dvd boxset collection. Post # 200 :awesome:
 
Whoa what a difference in video quality. Itd be great if they got rid of the filler aswell, it always dragged the series on way too far. Keep straight with the action. Looks good il definately watch it.
 
Whoa, the difference really is incredible.

I find the Japanese voice actors HILARIOUS for some odd reason. xD Especially the guy who plays Goku's dad (Bardock? I think?)

Definitely interested as to when this will be translated ^^ I love me some Dragonball Z xD

It should be even better though if all the episodes where they basically yell at each other while powering up are gone xD
 
It does sound weird hearing them in Japanese :lol: ive never heard the japanese version in my life. I dont have an issue watching shows with subtitles though but il admit id rather watch it with the english voice actors just because it wont seem like the characters watching it in subs.
 
Hopefully if it does get dubbed they'll keep most of the voice actors. I can't imagine Goku without Sean Schemmel. It was be like Solid Snake without David Hayter.

It made me laugh when I first bought Dragonball Z: Budokai for the PS2, it was in English, but the voice acting was Japanese with English subs. Didn't make sense.
