The first time I played through I got them all because I played the hell out of the game. Running through now I don't worry about it as much as I did. But I find that if you play through the game at a regular pace and do what is fun for you then you end up with most of them anyway without even trying. It's some of the more random ones that wont show up as easy through a play through.
