Do they make any FF for the PSP that are only released in Japan?

None yet, so far as I know. But with bad luck, Final Fantasy Type-0 may be the first, no plans yet to release that outside Japan.
 
I'm sure they will release Type-0 in America. They haven't said they're not going to. And I'm sure they want that whole Fabula Nova Crystallis series in America.
