does anyone kno wat lvl your party has to be to fight mid level t-rexaurs to get dragon fangs im stuck

Well considering they level up with you it doesnt make all tht much difference although they are pretty hard at first so just blind it and it will make lfe easier, that's all I do

I'd assume so yes

It goes off the average level of your party I think...

so if your chars are 20, 21 and 22 the monster will be 22
